Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 May 2026. These terms govern access to and use of EspasyoMLS services.
Platform Use
By using EspasyoMLS, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. You must not attempt unauthorized access, scraping beyond permitted behavior, or actions that degrade service integrity.
Accounts and Access
Account holders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under their account. We may suspend access for verified abuse, fraud risk, or policy violations.
Listings and Content Responsibilities
Users and agents are responsible for the accuracy of submitted listing data and media. Misleading, unlawful, or rights-infringing content may be removed and can lead to account restrictions.
Service Availability
We continuously improve platform reliability, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and emergency operations may affect access to specific features.
Limitation and Governing Law
To the extent allowed by law, EspasyoMLS is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
