Listing Content
Photos, videos, floor plans, and descriptions uploaded by agents and landlords remain the property of their respective owners. By uploading, the uploader confirms they own the content or hold the rights to use it, and grants EspasyoMLS a license to display it on the platform as described in the Terms of Service.
Maps and Location Data
Interactive maps are provided by Mapbox (© Mapbox) and map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Nearby-amenities information shown on listing pages also comes from OpenStreetMap.
Open-Source Software
EspasyoMLS is built with open-source software, including Svelte and SvelteKit (MIT License), Tailwind CSS (MIT License), shadcn-svelte and bits-ui (MIT License), Lucide icons (ISC License), Mapbox GL JS (Mapbox Terms of Service), and Leaflet (BSD-2-Clause License). We thank their authors and communities.
Third-Party Trademarks
Facebook, Instagram, and Threads are trademarks of Meta Platforms, LinkedIn is a trademark of Microsoft, and TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance. The social icons in our footer simply link to the official EspasyoMLS profiles on those services. No endorsement by, or affiliation with, those companies is implied.
Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on EspasyoMLS infringes your copyright, please email info@espasyomls.com with: (1) a description of the work you believe is infringed, (2) the URL of the page on EspasyoMLS where it appears, (3) your contact details, and (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. Reports are reviewed and, where appropriate, content is removed in line with the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
